Hygiene – the standard from which comfort begins

Relaxation only makes sense when you feel calm and safe. At SKY, hygiene isn't an afterthought—it's the foundation of our work. Every detail, from room preparation to station disinfection, is carefully considered so you can fully focus on your relaxation.

Disposable materials – just for you

Each session begins with a freshly prepared space. We use only disposable sheets, towels, and accessories, which are immediately disposed of after your visit. You can be sure that everything you touch is clean and intended solely for you.

Thorough disinfection after each visit

After each screening, the rooms are aired and prepared again.
We disinfect:

  • work surfaces and tables,
  • fittings, decorations and door handles,
  • mirrors and all places that come into contact with hands.

The jacuzzi is cleaned with professional cleaning agents and approved for further use only when it meets our internal standards – which are stricter than basic industry guidelines.

Fresh and prepared space

Entering a room should resemble a small ritual – clean, peaceful, and harmonious. We replace textiles regularly, use aroma diffusers to maintain freshness, and conduct additional cleaning checks throughout the day.

Staff hygiene

The team works according to procedures. Massage therapists arrive in impeccable attire, maintain proper personal hygiene, and receive regular hygiene training. Before each session, they wash and disinfect their hands with certified products – this rule always applies.

Cleanliness in common spaces

The lobby, showers, and restrooms are cleaned several times a day. Consumables such as soap, disinfectant, and paper towels are constantly available and replenished.
