1. General information

1. These Regulations define the rules for using the services offered by SkyMassage and the rules for using the website https://skymassage.pl/.
2. The owner of the website and administrator of the services is:

3. By using the services or making a reservation, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
4. The regulations are available on the website 24 hours a day.

2. Scope of services

1. SkyMassage provides relaxing massage, physiotherapy and other massage services in line with the offer presented on the website.
2. All services are provided solely for relaxation, regeneration or recreational purposes.
3. SkyMassage does not provide services of an erotic nature - any behavior violating this point will result in immediate termination of the visit without refund.

3. Booking an appointment

1. Reservations can be made by phone, via the form on the website or by email.
2. The reservation is confirmed when the client receives clear confirmation from SkyMassage (SMS, email or phone).
3. SkyMassage may ask for additional information necessary to provide the service.
   In case of incorrect contact details, the reservation may be cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

1. Payment for the service can be made:
   • cash on site,
   • by transfer (if agreed),
   • other method approved by SkyMassage.
2. Prices for services are listed on the website and are subject to change.
3. The price agreed upon during booking is valid on the day of your visit.
4. At the customer's request, a receipt or payment confirmation can be issued.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling of your appointment

1. The client may cancel or reschedule the visit no later than 3 hours before the scheduled date.
2. Cancelling your appointment at shorter notice or failing to show up for a scheduled massage may result in refusal of future appointments.
3. SkyMassage reserves the right to cancel or change an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. employee illness), informing the client in advance if possible.

6. Rules for using services in the salon

1. The client is obliged to arrive on time for the appointment.
2. The client should inform the masseuse of any health contraindications, injuries, allergies or pregnancy.
3. SkyMassage has the right to refuse to perform a massage if there is a health risk.
4. During the massage, the following applies:
   • prohibition of inappropriate behavior,
   • prohibition of sexual contact,
     no recording or photographing without consent,
   • obligation to maintain personal culture.
5. In the event of a breach of the rules, the visit will be terminated immediately without refund and the client may be placed on the prohibited list.

7. Terms of use of the website

1. The SkyMassage.pl website is used to present the offer and enable contact with the salon.
2. It is prohibited to:
   • copying content without the owner's consent,
   • attempts to disrupt the operation of the website,
   • using the website in a manner contrary to the law.
3. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

8. Responsibility

1. SkyMassage is not responsible for the consequences of the client concealing information about their health.
2. SkyMassage is not liable for any damage resulting from the customer's failure to comply with the regulations.
3. The website may contain links to external websites, for whose content SkyMassage is not responsible.

9. Complaints

1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the form of:

2. Complaints are considered within 14 business days.
3. The complaint should include a description of the situation and the customer's contact details.

10. Personal data

1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
2. The data controller is SkyMassage, al. Jana Pawła II 61, 00-828 Warsaw.
3. Data is processed for the purposes of booking, contact and provision of services.

11. Changes to the regulations

1. SkyMassage reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
2. The current version of the regulations is always available on the website.
3. Using the services after the changes to the regulations constitutes their acceptance.
