At SKY, working doesn't mean fixed hours. Your schedule is individually tailored to fit your studies, other work, or personal life. We offer shorter shifts and the option of additional shifts at times that suit you.
Shifts typically last 3–6 hours, and the number of days per week and any substitutions are determined individually. A flexible schedule ensures comfort and complete planning freedom.

Comfortable conditions in the living room
You work in VIP rooms where every detail has been planned with comfort in mind. Warm lighting, large mirrors, and cozy relaxation areas promote concentration and peace. Many rooms feature jacuzzis, work stations are clean, equipped, and regularly prepared, and an administrator supports you in organizing your work and interacting with guests. Each VIP room provides complete comfort during your workday.
Privacy and discretion
This is an absolute priority for us. We protect personal data and ensure that no information about employees is shared with third parties.
We publish photos or materials only with permission. The same applies to our guests – their privacy is fully respected.
Safety at every step
The salon has clear procedures and entry controls. An administrator is present during shifts, and monitoring only covers common areas—never rooms.
We work exclusively within internal rules and safe conditions, so you can focus on your work without stress.
Support and development
We introduce new people calmly, step by step. We help them adapt, share our experience, and support them in developing their skills. Over time, salary increases and additional roles within the team are possible.
